Services

ITE Media provides creative services including but not limited to:

• Design services (UI/UX, graphic design, web design)
• Social media management
• Video production
• Branding and identity design
• Photography
• Content creation

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by ITE Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided to us

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Generally:

• A deposit is required before project commencement
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Revisions

Projects include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Limitation of Liability

ITE Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
