About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to lead design projects and mentor junior designers. You’ll work closely with our creative team to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Stay current with design trends and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Background in branding and visual identity design
- Arabic language proficiency
